Enroba offers professional stitching services to provide a ready-to-wear outfit tailored to your selected size.
Standard & Custom Sizing
- Customers can choose from our Standard Size options or select the Custom Size add-on available on the product page.
- If you choose the Custom Size option, please complete the required measurement form before placing your order.
- If any additional clarification regarding your measurements is required, our Customer Care team may contact you before processing your order.
Stitching Details
- All stitched garments are prepared using the original unstitched fabric supplied with the product.
- Standard stitching includes lining (slip) where required by the design.
- Original embellishments provided with the outfit will be attached during stitching where applicable.
- Every stitched order is tailored according to the measurements and instructions provided by the customer.
Payment Policy
Local Customers (Pakistan)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A 50% advance payment is required for all stitched or custom-sized orders before stitching begins.
- Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer): Full payment is required before processing.
- Our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm your order and provide payment instructions, if required.
International Customers
- Full payment is required before processing any stitched or custom-sized order.
- Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
- Payment details will be shared after order confirmation if applicable.
Important Information
- Stitched and custom-sized orders require additional processing time.
- Once stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
- Minor measurement variations of up to ±1 inch may occur due to manual tailoring.
- Actual product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
- By selecting the stitching service or the Custom Size add-on, you acknowledge and agree to this Customized Stitching Policy.
